Fighting the Flu with the Right Foods ~ Lunch & Learn Come to this class to learn how you can maintain a robust immune system through cold and flu season. You will learn about the best foods to boost your immunity, as well as foods that make you more vulnerable to colds and flu. Some important nutritional supplements will also be discussed. You will be served two healing soups featuring key immune boosting ingredients and will leave with recipes and practical tips to enable you to get “back on the mend” quickly in case you catch something this season. This class is a lunch and learn format. Both recipes are gluten-free and one will be vegetarian. $20 |

In this class, you will learn the nutrition and health benefits of fish, as well as flavorful cooking techniques such as marinating, pan-searing, and baking. Local Roasted Chicken with Autumn Inspired Side Dishes This class will demonstrate how simple it is to prepare a whole, roasted chicken along with a few healthy side dishes that could be easy accompaniments to your upcoming Thanksgiving meal. Featured recipes: Local, Organic Whole Roasted Chicken with a zesty Cranberry Apple Relish and a savory Wild Rice Stuffing. These recipes are gluten, dairy, egg, and soy free.* $20 |
